Organ Rentals
Rental organs are available to rent from Comet Organ Company for concerts, graduations, conventions, weddings, and other special events.

Subject to availability, rental fees for a one to four day organ rental period are:
Two manuals- $2,900.00
Three manuals - $3,500.00
For longer rental periods, please ask for a quote.
Fees include delivery, set-up and pick up fees within a two hour radius of Albany, NY or Watertown, NY. Additional fees will apply for distances beyond two hours from Albany, NY or Watertown, NY.
Renters will carry liability insurance for the value of the instrument in case of fire, theft or accidental damage.
Rental organs may include internal speakers, up to two or four external speakers, and two quarter inch, line-level stereo out jacks for connection into a comprehensive PA system. We will assist with voicing the organ through the venue’s sound system with the event’s sound engineer.
Depending upon availability, two-manual organs may be a Rodgers Inspire 233, Imagine 241, or Imagine 239 organ - organs may have either lighted tablets, lighted draw knobs, or mechanical draw knobs, based on available inventory.
Depending upon availability, three-manual organs may be a Rodgers Inspire 343 or Imagine 359.
At Comet Organ Company’s discretion, rental fees may also be modified in exchange for ad space, display space, program announcements, or other advertising and/or promotional benefits. Comet Organ Company can also recommend and provide organists.

We mainly have 2-manual Rodgers or Johannus organs available, and occasionally a 3-manual Rodgers available. Please inquire for current inventory.
Coming soon: 1915 Estey “Style 2” Portable Pump Reed Organ
This instrument is currently being restored in our workshop and will available for rental. These portable reed organs were designs for traveling Parsons and frequently carried in WWI and WWII to provide entertainment to rural congregations and troops in the field.
This Estey “Style 2” consists of 49 notes, 2 stops (Viola 8’ & Flute 4’), along with Bass Coupler (plays C1-E1 keys) and Treble Coupler (plays octave above from F2-C4)
Two pump pedals and a “knee swell” provide an expressive musical instrument without any electricity required. Please see our Video section for examples of this instrument’s sound.
