When contacting us for Rodgers or Johannus organ service, please include the Model and Serial Number of the instrument so we can best focus on how to help you. The Model/Serial plate is usually located underneath the keyboards, or on the back lower corner of the console.

When supplying the request, please include the physical address of the church/home - not the mailing address which can be different.

If a church location, please include the name of any office staff who would be there to meet us when we arrive.
